General admission is $15 per person. Family packages are $50 for up to 5 people, and VIP tickets are $35 per person. Children 2 and under enter free.

Tickets can be purchased online through our website or at the gate on the day of your visit, subject to availability. We recommend buying online to guarantee entry.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be rescheduled to another date subject to availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your visit to reschedule.

Yes! Groups of 10 or more receive 15% off general admission. Group bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.

Planning Your Visit

We are open November 28 through December 30, nightly from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We are closed on Christmas Day, December 25.

Most visitors spend between 1.5 and 3 hours exploring the park. You are welcome to stay as long as you like during operating hours.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be rescheduled to another date subject to availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your visit to reschedule.

Can I visit multiple times with one ticket?

A single ticket is valid for one entry on the selected date. If you would like to visit multiple times, consider our Season Pass for unlimited entry.

North Idaho's North Pole is held at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds, 4056 N Government Way, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815.

Yes, general parking is free. VIP parking is available for $10 and includes priority entry. Accessible parking spaces are available near the entrance.

From I-95, take Exit 15 and head west on Government Way. Follow the holiday light signs to the fairgrounds entrance.

Can I visit multiple times with one ticket?

Yes, all pathways are paved and wheelchair accessible throughout the park. Accessible parking is available near the main entrance.

Yes, we host special sensory-friendly nights with reduced lights and sound. Check our calendar for specific dates.
